Mobile Sense has been conducting a consumer trial of the MS Pioneer platform under the Beem brand with around 5,000 consumers over the past five years. This has been driven by the desire to understand how consumers interact with mobile money in order to ensure the continuous improvement and evolution of the MS Pioneer platform.

The results have been as insightful as they have been unpredictable. We’ve learnt that it’s not what people buy, but why and when they buy.

This unique behavioural research gives us the confidence to assert that MS Pioneer is truly ready for the real world of mobile money.
