Bernard Fisher

Bernard brings extensive plc experience. Most notably he was a main board director at Sage Software plc between 1989 and 1996. Previous roles include Managing Director of Ashton Tate Inc.'s European subsidiaries and International Managing Director of Ansa Software Inc. Bernard has held non-executive and executive roles on the boards of European and American public and private companies and has run French, German and American businesses. He is currently Chairman of Chemistry Communications Group Plc.

Kerl Haslam Group

Kerl started his management career in the hotel industry during which he spent 12 years with the Holiday Inn Group, where he acquired a deep appreciation and a total commitment to customer service and an absolute focus on the consumer. He has spent the last fourteen years with mobile network operators, first with BT Cellnet and then with Orange. He has been part of the huge growth in the industry from its beginning. In that rapidly evolving market he has enjoyed exposure to all aspects of mobile network activities, as Director of Finance Operations and then as Director of Back Office Systems Strategy for Orange.

Nikki Burns

Nikki has had over 10 years experience with start up operations. She started her career with CSV Enterprise, a subsidiary of the DTI, and then progressed to Orange where her career spanned five years from launch through IPO to the first trade sale. Her next step founded and launched her own unique management consultancy business emphasizing on the power of brand through people. Nikki specialises in service delivery through systems, processes and people.

Todd Sproule

Todd has had over 20 years experience designing, developing and implementing enterprise software systems. Todd initially worked for IBM and Nortel in Canada as a software engineer for six years. He then began a 14 year career as an independent consultant to a diverse number of large corporations in the UK including IBM, O2, Natwest Markets, American Express, Prudential, Vodafone and Centrica. He has contributed to the success of billing, pension administration and brokerage trading systems within these corporations. Todd specializes in developing strategic system architectures that deliver capacity and capability as a cornerstone to business growth.

Edward Cooke

Edward combines extensive consultancy and line management experience. A qualified accountant, he became a consultancy partner with KPMG, spending 20 years with the firm working on a wide range of assignments in various industries and countries. Subsequently he has acted as CFO for various successful start-up and established companies, and provided consultancy support to Cable & Wireless, Unilever and other leading companies. Most recently he has been CFO of OrangeWorld and Simpay Ltd, the joint venture mobile payments company set up by Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile and Telefonica.

Sean Lewis

Sean spent seven years at Orange, heading up the successful UK Brand Strategy and Identity teams and then tackling the award winning brand rollout across 17 territories worldwide. His marketing career has spanned both agency and client side and he has worked with companies such as Britvic, Dyson, DSGI, GSK, Unilever, VW group and 118 118. He is as happy dealing with hard-nosed businessmen as he is creative types, which has led him to many marketing successes. Sean is a member of the Marketing Society.

Jayne Dawson

During her time at Monsanto, Jayne was involved with the successful launch of the company's branded man-made fibre products within the textile industry of the UK. She then joined Commonwealth Holiday Inns of Canada and worked in the sales and marketing team to increase market share for Holiday Inn properties in the UK and Europe. Jayne founded and launched her own business, Hoteline in 1987 and won many high profile contracts for the company. She was responsible for business development and account management for all client contracts. Hoteline was recognised as being a major agent in the UK and won many prestigious Industry awards. Following the sale of Hoteline in 2006 she has expanded her interest in property development, before joining Mobile Sense in January 2008 as joint Director of Sales.

Barrie Dawson

Barrie has held senior positions within the sales and advertising industry, and he was directly involved with securing the contract for GTE to operate Yellow Pages in the UK in 1985. He has extensive experience in recruitment and sales management for GTE Directories which gained him entry to the prestigious Hall of Fame for GTE Directories of America. Barrie joined Hoteline, a global conference and event management company that had been set up by his wife in 1987. The company held numerous contracts with international 'blue chip' clients, such as BMW(GB), the Kingfisher Group, B&Q, Eli Lilly, Liverpool Victoria, Comet and many other leading companies. Following the sale of the company in 2006 he was involved in property development before joining Mobile Sense in January 2008 as joint Director of Sales.

Michael Attard

Michael has worked within the mobile market since graduating from University. Initially, working for BT Cellnet within the radio Planning department helping with the rollout of the 3G network modelling the best locations to implement and build the base station which provide us all with signal. Michael wanting to diversify his experience moved to the AIM listed mobile Service Provider Alternative Networks plc where he joined the sales team. Following a successful 5 years moving through sales into a team leader and later corporate sales Michael's business has contributed massively to the turnover of the business and contracts including BMC Software and Pinewood Studios led to their IPO. Michael joined Mobile Sense in 2008 to deliver what is going to be the most innovative mobile application which will revolutionise payments.
